Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Partner (maternity cover)

About the role

Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.
• Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
• Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.
• Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.

What you'll need

• Strong GTM recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage and convert passive talent.
• Strong hiring manager management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge where needed and collaborate effectively.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple roles in a high-paced scaling environment.
• A hands-on recruiter who can roll up their sleeves, jump in from day one and is excited to join a fast-growing AI company.
