Senior Finance Product Manager

About the role

Own thermondo easy and thermondo flex end-to-end. These financed product offerings are installment-based heating solutions that make climate-neutral living accessible to homeowners who prefer not to pay upfront. You will hold full ownership over the commercial performance, customer journey, and operational health of both products.

What you'll do

• Own the product's commercial success and optimize for customer and business needs simultaneously, monitoring market developments to create compelling value propositions and build the underlying commercial logic.
• Run and optimize the full customer lifecycle (onboarding, installment management, payment monitoring, and offboarding), setting up frameworks for customer complaints and handling high-level escalations.
• Design processes that reduce friction for customers and operational costs for the business, actively leveraging automation and applied AI where possible.
• Work seamlessly across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Legal to keep operations moving.
• Build reporting and dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to track business-critical KPIs, driving conversion or upselling campaigns based on real customer data.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of professional experience and have successfully managed a financed or subscription product before (e.g., consumer lending, BNPL, leasing, energy-as-a-service, or similar).
• Fully fluent in German (C2 level) and confident in English (C1) with our international management.
• Think in full customer journeys and can monitor market developments, structure complex problems, and guide stakeholders to decisions.
• Drive outcomes cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal disciplinary ownership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Suite; self-starter who actively explores and applies AI tools.
• Bias toward action and measurable results.
