Project Delivery Intern

Project Delivery Intern to join the project delivery team for a period of ideally 6 to 9 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, project engineering, relations to contractors and other stakeholders, and cross-functional projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Work in the project delivery team, which is in charge of building and connecting large scale stand-alone BESS projects to the grid.
• Support the project delivery team, ensuring smooth progressing of various BESS projects under contracting and under construction from receiving the building permit up to commercial operation.
• Assist in quality assurance activities, including site visits within Germany.
• Support in keeping our project management tool up to date and implement new functionalities in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of diverse, cross-functional projects outside existing team scopes, building them from the ground up.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed with a focus on documentation management.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or any comparable subject.
• First work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments.
• Team player with hands-on mentality and organisational skills.
• Proactive with self-starter mindset, excellent organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Full business proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English.
• Valid driver's license for Germany.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in energy markets, in the development and operation of renewable energy assets or experiences in project management of constructions projects.
