As Programme Manager in the Office of the CFO within the G&A organization, you'll sit at the heart of one of the most strategically important functions at Taxfix. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with G&A leadership, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps critical initiatives moving — from shaping how we communicate our story, to driving the operational rhythms that make a high-performing G&A team tick.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute key strategic and urgent projects for the CFO and G&A organization, from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities.
- Serve as a trusted sounding board for the CFO on new ideas and initiatives, bringing structured thinking and candid perspective to early-stage conversations.
- Initiate and guide the OKR process for G&A, coordinating inputs across the leadership team and ensuring goals are ambitious, measurable, and well-communicated.
- Own the development and coordination of preparation and strategy for G&A leadership meetings — including offsite cadence, content, action items, evolution of the team and follow-up execution.
- Own and steward G&A's internal and external communications strategy — acting as the thoughtful custodian of the Finance division's voice and narrative.
- Identify and lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows within the G&A function that increase the quality and speed of strategic work.
- Partner with G&A leadership to embed AI-native practices into how the team operates: how we prepare for meetings, manage OKRs, synthesize information, and communicate externally.
What you'll need
- Deep understanding of G&A as a function paired with strong general business acumen.
- Deep project management experience and a proven track record of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- A builder's mindset — you don't just identify what needs to change, you roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
- Natural problem solver with a bias for action; you find scalable solutions and work comfortably with abstract ideas across multiple areas.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential financial material in a public company setting.
- Clear and confident communicator, equally comfortable presenting to the C-Suite and Board as you are collaborating with peers.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools or building AI-powered workflows in a professional context.
- Calm, organized, low-ego operator who works well with a wide range of people and inspires collaborative solutions.
What they offer
- Free mental health coaching sessions and yoga.
- Monthly allowance for services that you can use and roll over flexibly.
- Employee stock options for all employees.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Generous learning budget and guidance from internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year.
