This is a role where you shape how SumUp shows up across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, working closely with the Content Manager to produce creative that converts.
What you'll do

- Produce high-quality static, video, and motion content across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, working closely with the Content Manager to align on creative direction
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions, running structured A/B tests and iterating quickly based on what the numbers tell you
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams to maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Actively integrate AI tools and automation into your workflow to increase output speed and creative quality
- Contribute to and improve creative systems, templates, and production processes to scale beyond individual output
What you'll need
- Proven experience delivering performance marketing creative across digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, with working knowledge of motion design and video production
- Comfort letting data challenge creative instincts — able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable creative iterations
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or a similarly regulated and fast-paced industry, with an understanding of how design supports business outcomes
- Confident using AI tools to enhance creative workflows and staying current on emerging technologies
- Track record of operating autonomously in lean, agile teams where speed, quality, and stakeholder management all matter at once
