As a Content Marketing Manager reporting to the Director Marketing, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from strategy and creation through to distribution and performance analysis. You will craft compelling B2B content that speaks to the challenges of digital commerce leaders and execute campaigns that resonate within the DACH market.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned to Spryker's pipeline and brand goals, covering long-form articles, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and social content.
- Plan and run integrated content campaigns targeting key personas across Spryker's ICP industries, with a primary focus on the DACH region.
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to translate positioning briefs and messaging frameworks into clear, compelling copy and assets.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent and high-quality publishing cadence across owned and earned channels.
- Repurpose and localise global content assets for DACH audiences, adapting tone, context, and references to resonate with German-speaking markets.
- Track and report on content performance using relevant metrics (traffic, engagement, MQL contribution, pipeline influence), using data to continuously refine your approach.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of content marketing experience, ideally gained at a B2B SaaS or technology company with an international remit.
- Proven ability to write, edit and deliver high-quality long-form and short-form content independently, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and sales enablement material.
- Experience generating content for multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, and paid amplification.
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and experience mapping content to funnel stages from awareness through to decision.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS (e.g. WordPress, Contentful, or similar) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo).
- Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) to interpret content performance and inform strategy.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience in the digital commerce or e-commerce space and familiarity with Spryker's target verticals (industrial manufacturing, high-tech, construction, MedTech, or automotive).
- Prior experience running campaigns specifically targeting the DACH region.
What they offer
- Work from anywhere with fully flexible hours and unlimited vacation days.
- Dedicated budget for self-learning tools, training, workshops, and language classes.
- Regular 360° feedback and personalized development plans.
- Collaborative, low-ego culture with virtual and in-person events.
