Junior Card Operations Analyst

About the role

Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post, including Chargeback tickets if required.

What you'll do

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post.
• Process Chargeback tickets if required.
• Help achieve the team's OKR.
• Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
• Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, support removing road blocks and manage escalations proactively.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes.
• Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
• SQL familiarity preferred.

Nice to have

• First experience in relevant, Banking or FinTech Operations environment.
• Working knowledge of the Schemes' Disputes Resolution process.
