As Creative Producer, Post & Automation, you manage the complete post-production process and infrastructure for a digital learning platform. You direct freelancers and content creators, oversee the entire chain from briefing through final edit, set quality standards, and develop automated systems and AI workflows to scale production efficiently.
What you'll do
- Set quality standards for video editing, build reference cuts as orientation for freelancers, and provide feedback at the editing level
- Set up a board system through which all productions run and where status and responsibilities are retrievable at any time
- Build, maintain, and develop master sessions and databases in Adobe Creative Cloud per product and feature, as well as template timelines and B-roll for modular multi-market creative production
- Source, onboard, and test freelancers for various markets; create briefings; ensure quality and provide feedback; handle contracts, orders, and invoicing
- Extend existing and develop new tools, AI agents, and automations to take over recurring processes completely (with full access to the best AI models, without token limit)
- Build systems in English that function equally in many countries
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in video editing (employed or freelance)
- Experience with project architecture in which other editors work, and responsibility for raw material, backups, and team archives
- Experience with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve beyond user level, for example shared projects, proxy and relink workflows, template timelines, render and delivery specs
- Experience setting up processes to control productions via a project system (e.g. Monday, ClickUp, Asana)
- Automation experience with agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) or scripting
- Fluent German and English
- You identify problems yourself and start solving them without being asked; understand systems quickly and learn unfamiliar technology independently; prefer building and improving systems over managing them; assess creative quality contextually, not by taste
Nice to have
- Experience in paid social context with Meta ads and/or organic content
- Work experience from agency, production company, or high-volume in-house studio
- Responsibility for production budgets from calculation to billing
- Experience with multi-market or multilingual productions
- Tools: Python, Resolve API, ffmpeg
