Senior Product Manager - CRM & Mobile

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (CRM & Mobile) to join our Product & Tech team and help turn our ambitious roadmap into reality. You will audit and rationalize our CRM tooling landscape, own communications strategy across customer and coach user bases, and define mobile app onboarding and engagement flows.

What you'll do

• Audit and rationalize the existing CRM tooling landscape (organically grown; needs intentional architecture review)
• Own communications strategy across customer and coach user bases
• Define and improve mobile app onboarding and engagement flows
• Connect CRM communication journeys to in-app user journeys
• Own community platform product
• Segment and manage communication across distinct user bases (coaches vs. customers, and sub-segments within)
• Act as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity

What you'll need

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• A strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization
• You are comfortable reviewing technical architecture, CRM integrations, and tool ecosystems
• A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand how different processes, teams, and tools connect
• A process-oriented approach and a track record of improving and scaling existing infrastructure as the business grows
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication
• A user-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutions
