About the role
Our Investment and Pension Products (IPP) team is all about helping customers earn a higher return than they can expect from safe bank deposits. You have the unusual opportunity to take responsibility for topics along the entire investment products value chain.
What you'll do
- Be accountable for strategic projects such as the introduction of new investment products, asset classes, strategies, etc.
- Be a key stakeholder in the development of financial and non-financial features of our products, including the web app and native mobile apps.
- Contribute to communication related to investments and capital markets for CRM, webinars, and our website.
- Find the best ways to give our customers exposure to new asset classes, including instrument screening and selection.
- Analyse data using quantitative and qualitative methods to learn more about our customers and their investment behavior.
- Serve as a point of contact for all things capital markets for all Raisin stakeholders.
- Represent the team's investment philosophy throughout the organization and externally.
What you'll need
- Strong subject matter expertise in investments.
- A degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or the natural sciences, or a degree in another subject (including business) with commitment to skeptical empiricism.
- Ability to work independently and feel comfortable taking risk-based decisions.
- Precision in language.
- Care about both processes and results, but much more about results.
Nice to have
- Experience with pension products.
- Exposure to programming languages and basic software development workflows.
