Based in the Berlin headquarters and reporting to the Head of Marketing FP&A, you will work closely with the Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive timely and effective decision making. You will be analytically minded with a focus on results, providing leadership with clear, concise recommendations that are critical to the company and its success.
What you'll do
- Structure ambiguous problems: break open questions into testable parts, form a hypothesis, pull the data to prove or disprove it, and land on a recommendation.
- Own daily revenue and contribution margin forecasts, delivering business-owned forecasts that name the key risks and opportunities to the plan.
- Own the analysis end to end: define, build, and maintain the financial and operational reporting for your marketing channels, then dive deep to find the drivers behind every material variance.
- Build investment business cases: size the opportunity, define the trade-off criteria, and quantify the return so marketing leads and finance can decide with confidence.
- Contribute to strategy: prepare the analysis behind trading reviews, QBRs, and planning cycles, and take ownership of specific strategic questions across the marketing portfolio.
- Simplify for leadership: turn complex analysis into concise, written recommendations that a non-finance reader can follow and act on.
