Product Manager - SAP

You'll decide what we build next and why. You'll lead our two solution architects and turn their SAP domain depth into a roadmap our engineers can ship. This is an early-stage PM role in the full sense: strategy and backlog, customer discovery and acceptance criteria, the big roadmap call and the unglamorous ticket.

What you'll do

• Prioritize what our AI agents learn to do next across the transformation lifecycle — from fit-to-standard analysis to post-go-live evolution — and defend every call with customer evidence.
• Lead our two solution architects directly, turning their module knowledge and project scar tissue into product requirements engineering can build against.
• Sit with consultants and enterprise IT teams using Qorelo inside live transformation programmes, watch where the product wins and fails, and bring that back as decisions.
• Speak enough of both SAP and AI languages so nothing gets lost in translation between domain and engineering.
• Own specs, acceptance criteria, tradeoffs, and cut lines — features reach real users on real landscapes.

What you'll need

• 4+ years hands-on SAP experience, functional or product side — S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard, and module-level depth in at least one core area like FI, SD, or PP
• 2+ years product experience: you've owned a roadmap, prioritized with engineering, and shipped features to real users
• Understanding of the SAP transformation lifecycle (Discover → Prepare → Explore → Realize) deep enough to talk credibly to consultants and IT leads
• Strong AI curiosity — you've actually built or worked with LLM/agentic tooling, not just read about it
• Comfort in an early-stage environment: ambiguity, speed, IC work alongside strategy
• Fluent English; German is a plus

• You've sat inside an S/4HANA programme and thought "half of this should be software"
• You've been the person consultants trust on module questions and the person engineers trust to write a clear spec
• You've built something with LLMs — a prototype, an internal tool, or an agent — and formed opinions about where they break
