About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive (Senior) Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive growth with large mid-market and enterprise clients in the DACH market at Pliant. You have a strong track record in enterprise sales and experience selling complex financial, payment or corporate travel solutions. In this role, you will focus on acquiring major accounts, owning complex deal cycles end-to-end, and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire mid-market and large corporations and enterprise clients across the DACH region through targeted outbound outreach.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle - discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing of complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise prospects, including organizations currently using competing travel account / lodge card solutions.
  • Take ownership of your accounts, communicate skilfully with senior decision-makers, and position Pliant as the superior alternative in product and service.
  • Dig deep into your prospects' needs and pain points, ask the right questions, and demonstrate how Pliant delivers more value.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as a top performer in enterprise sales: managing sales processes with large corporations and enterprise clients.
  • A strong hunter mentality with a track record in outbound acquisition and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders at enterprise level.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across large organizations.
  • Fluent in German and English; any additional European languages would be an advantage.
  • Berlin based ideally - hybrid work model in place.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling corporate cards, and especially lodge cards (travel account cards / Reisestellenkarten), e.g. at a corporate card or travel payment provider.
  • Existing network of Finance decision-makers within large mid-market and enterprise organisations.
