About the role
Support the founding team across customer onboarding, go-to-market strategy, and operational processes at a B2B AI startup. You'll work on customer rollouts, targeted outreach, competitive research, and ad hoc strategic projects.
What you'll do
- Support customer onboarding and rollouts, prepare demos and materials, keep CRM and pipeline clean and actionable
- Build and execute targeted outreach sequences, draft messaging, and iterate based on what resonates with procurement leaders
- Research target industries, map competitive landscapes, and build data foundations for go-to-market decisions
- Design and implement operational processes: reporting templates, internal tooling, workflows
- Execute ad hoc strategic projects including trade fair preparation, partnership outreach, and content creation
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from ambiguous information
- Excellent communication in German and English (both are daily working languages)
- Self-starter mentality who figures out what needs doing independently
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement
- Comfort with tools like Notion, Linear, HubSpot, or similar
