Product Manager

Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features. Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership, and collaborate with Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch new high-quality features.

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership
• Collaborate with our Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch new high-quality features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
• Use our product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
• Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products, with an eye for delivering exceptional user experiences
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies
• A Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines
• Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation

Nice to have

• Academic background in Computer Science or a technical field
• Experience working at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
• Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
