About the role
Help enterprise customers turn automation from isolated workflow wins into a scalable operating model that drives measurable business impact. You'll lead the business, adoption, and governance workstream across high-value enterprise deployments.
What you'll do
- Lead the organizational workstream during focused on-site deployments, from executive kickoff to closeout.
- Partner closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows that solve real operational pain.
- Guide customers in implementing the automation operating and governance model they need to scale n8n sustainably.
- Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across unfamiliar customer environments.
- Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria, sequencing, and ROI logic.
- Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and the people who actually make decisions.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n's internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.
What you'll need
- Enterprise deployment experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success roles at a B2B software company.
- On-site customer experience driving adoption with enterprise customers in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Ability to walk into an unfamiliar operation, ask the right questions, and turn what you learn into clear automation opportunities.
- Operating model thinking to help customers define the governance, ownership, and ways of working needed to scale automation sustainably.
- Ability to build value cases, estimate impact, and help customers prioritize an automation roadmap based on business outcomes.
- Technical fluency — you do not need to write code, but you understand technical architecture, can demo convincingly, and can spot when a solution is not aligned with the customer's needs.
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements roughly 30–50% of the time across Europe.
- English fluency to communicate clearly and confidently with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- One or more additional European languages.
- Experience helping customers adopt workflow automation, integration, AI automation, or internal tooling platforms.
- Change management experience guiding teams through new operating models, governance processes, or technology adoption programs.
- Enterprise transformation experience where success depended on stakeholder alignment, enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
What they offer
- Competitive compensation.
- Ownership and autonomy in your work.
- Remote-first company with strong momentum and passionate technical community.
- Visa sponsorship to Germany available.
