The Web Platform team enables domain product teams to build features across two applications: the Backoffice, a customer-facing application for B2B clients, and the Admin Panel, the internal frontend for managing customer and vehicle lifecycle operations. As a Product Manager, you'll keep this a coherent platform by building overarching functionality so domain teams ship and prototype faster, and you're measured by the success of the teams you enable.
What you'll do
- Gain an in-depth understanding of MOIA's challenges in moving from a B2C to a B2G2C licensing offering
- Create and drive a roadmap that turns company strategy into a focused, actionable plan while keeping team responsibilities in balance
- Shape, drive, and execute the WebPlatform product strategy together with the team
- Join forces with the team's Technical Lead to share technical and business-critical responsibilities
- Collaborate across MOIA with teams such as Tech Sales, Account Management, and external partners to bridge the gap between partner needs and MOIA's internal capabilities
- Own the evolution of user management, including GDPR-compliant access and permissions across MOIA's operational teams
- Work with designers and developers to maintain a reusable design system for consistent, efficient UI development
- Help shape the Admin Panel's core capabilities: customer and vehicle lifecycle management, troubleshooting and operational support, and test mission planning
What you'll need
- Technical Product Management: You have worked with technical teams and enjoy developing solutions in close collaboration with developers. Experience supporting platform teams in reaching their potential is a plus but not required.
- Great Communicator: People enjoy working with you because you communicate well and evoke optimism. You adjust your messaging to different stakeholders and translate deep domain expertise into clear, straightforward language.
- Excellence: You've mastered finding the balance between business, stakeholder, and user needs, and can create a shared understanding so your prioritization is aligned and understood by all relevant parties.
- Visionary: You think big, craft compelling visions for your ideas, and understand what makes your products commercially viable.
- Pragmatist: You get things done, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Fluent communication in English
