CRM Tech Manager

About the role

You take full ownership of our CRM infrastructure, from transactional systems to AI-driven personalization, and constantly push the boundaries of what is technically possible. You build our CRM backbone using Braze, SQL, and AI to build automated, personalized experiences that scale.

What you'll do

• Deep technical experience in Braze, going well beyond campaign execution into its advanced technical capabilities, serving as the go-to person for getting more out of the platform.
• Move away from manual segment-building toward fully automated, individually relevant communication - leveraging data, AI, and behavioral triggers.
• Actively integrate AI tools into CRM workflows to increase efficiency, relevance, and personalization depth across all touchpoints.
• Own the technical maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of transactional systems to ensure critical user communication is reliable and performant.
• Design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and drive CLV with a clear data-driven framework.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation, ideally in a fast-paced, app-based B2C environment.
• Hands-on Braze expertise - technically fluent in the platform and know how to unlock its advanced capabilities.
• Comfortable writing SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid templating.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into marketing workflows to drive personalization and automation efficiency.
• Fluent in English.
