As ICT Outsourcing Manager, you strengthen how lemon.markets manages and governs external technology services, outsourcing arrangements, and third-party risk in a regulated environment. Over the next 6–12 months, your main focus will be to professionalise and stabilise our third-party management setup across external providers, tied agents, and intra-group outsourcing relationships.
What you'll do
- Act as the first line competence centre for ICT outsourcing and third-party governance topics, working across Technology, Compliance, Operations, business owners, and external partners to ensure risks and responsibilities are transparent and well managed.
- Own the operational execution of our ICT third-party and outsourcing governance framework across external providers, tied agents, and intra-group outsourcing arrangements, so that key relationships are assessed, documented, and monitored in line with regulatory expectations.
- Drive risk assessments, due diligence processes, and recurring reviews for new and existing third parties, coordinating relevant stakeholders and turning findings into clear actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and improve the outsourcing register, governance documentation, and supporting evidence base, creating the level of clarity and traceability needed for internal stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and partners.
- Prepare, structure, and run governance and review routines, including reporting, meeting preparation, escalation tracking, and action follow-up, to make third-party oversight more consistent, measurable, and decision-useful.
- Identify and advance process improvements, standardisation opportunities, and selective AI-supported automation in recurring third-party management workflows.
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience in ICT outsourcing, third-party management, vendor risk, IT governance, compliance-related operations, or a similar function in a regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of how external providers and outsourcing relationships are governed, documented, and monitored from a risk and compliance perspective.
- Comfort working with risk assessments, service levels, control evidence, recurring reporting, and cross-functional governance routines.
- Enough technical affinity to understand IT services, security-related topics, incidents, and operational dependencies without needing to be a security engineer.
- Highly structured and reliable work style, with strong follow-up discipline, good judgment, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
- Confident communication in German and English.
What they offer
- Competitive salary based on your experience and value-add.
- Flexible working hours with core collaboration hours 12:00–16:00.
- Hybrid work from anywhere in Germany; 4+ days/month on-site in Berlin office.
- Regular mentorship, stretch opportunities, and annual learning budget.
- Deutschlandticket sponsorship and 50% off Beatvest financial education.
- Workation: up to 10 consecutive days and 60 days per year in the EU.
