About the role
As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will support the leadership team at lemon.markets, making sure the business grows & runs smoothly, ensuring alignment across all business areas. You will work on a selection of diverse projects ranging from Strategy & Operations, to Business Development & Go-to-Market.
What you'll do
- Support the leadership team on strategic projects: Help develop business strategies & execute on them, making sure we stay aligned with our company goals & objectives.
- Define & develop our GTM strategy: Continuously research and analyse market trends, conduct competitor activities, and stay up to date with the changing Brokerage landscape in Europe.
- Drive various strategic initiatives to help us prepare for our growth post launch, ramping up business operations and ensuring operational excellence.
- Critically question, analyse and improve existing processes to build world-class processes that enable a smoothly running organisation.
What you'll need
- Background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer science or a similar area.
- Entrepreneurial problem solver with analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment such as an early-stage startup, fintech, consulting, or tech company.
- Ready and willing to take ownership and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to cope well with frequent change and ambiguity, think logically, break down complex problems and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn new tools and skills on the go.
What they offer
- Fixed compensation of €2,425 per month.
- Flexible working hours with core hours 12:00 to 16:00 for collaboration.
