About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers unlock the full value of Leapsome's People Enablement and HRIS platform from day one. You'll guide customers through the initial setup and configuration of the platform, ensuring a seamless technical implementation and adoption experience.

What you'll do

  • Lead the technical onboarding of new customers for both Leapsome's People Enablement and HRIS
  • Project manage implementation timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to tailor platform configurations to their workflows
  • Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with Product and Support teams where needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales and Customer Success to achieve the best outcomes for customers
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes by contributing to scalable content (e.g. guides, videos, templates)
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize training materials and improve efficiency
  • Provide a smooth transition to Customer Success post-onboarding

What you'll need

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, support, or customer success role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading implementations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication — clear, empathetic, and confident in working with both HR/People teams and technical audiences
  • Solid technical understanding and comfort navigating integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting configuration issues
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage several onboarding projects at once while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Comfortable delivering trainings to both small and large audiences, especially to help managers understand and adopt new tools

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in HR tech
  • Passion for coding/writing scripts and/or interpreting data

What they offer

  • Hybrid model with 2 days per week in Berlin office (sponsored lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
  • Flexible hours and option to work elsewhere for up to 2 months per year
  • 30 vacation days annually plus public holidays, or upgrade to 40 days at adjusted pay; month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years
  • Learning and development budget of €2,000 yearly plus access to Good Habitz platform
  • Free Urban Sports Club membership and Oliva subscription; access to 1:1 therapy sessions and mental health workshops
  • Competitive pay and pre-IPO equity package
