Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO

As Chief of Staff, you will be Judith's right hand across everything she does. Your job is to extend her reach and impact across Langdock, Europe's AI ecosystem and beyond. You will structure and execute across a wide surface area, and create the conditions in which Judith does her best work.

What you'll do

• Run meticulous project management across dozens of topics, spot bottlenecks before they happen and follow through.
• Keep Judith close to the most important work across a fast-growing product surface, prepare her for key decisions and support strategic workstreams.
• Structure and challenge Judith's thinking to draw out the idea worth making, then shape it into a keynote, essay, video, panel, interview or key event.
• Design exceptional rooms and experiences that bring Europe's key AI decision-makers together and work with go-to-market teams.
• Prepare and follow through on policy work and ecosystem initiatives, helping Judith contribute to conversations shaping AI in Europe.

What you'll need

• A few years of experience in consulting, investing or a startup that grew quickly.
• Deep fascination with technology and AI, with a real belief that technological progress can build a better world.
• Impeccable taste and ability to act with confidence in Judith's stead.
• Range and depth to switch context many times a day and still go deep when it counts.
• Clear writing and strong speaking ability in both German and English.
• Calm and good judgement, knowing what matters and what can wait.
• Exceptional work ethic and comfort with a highly demanding role that includes some travel.
