Partner Development Representative

Hygraph grows through agency partners across Europe who build on the platform and bring deals with major brands. You'll find and sign new agency partners, convert inbound leads into opportunities for Account Executives, and build the systems to measure what's working. You report directly to the Global Sales Director.

What you'll do

• Source new agency partners across Europe and beyond through outbound signals-based outreach, calls, events, communities, and referrals
• Build systems to track whether your sourcing efforts are working and make repeatable what succeeds
• Convert warm inbound leads quickly into real opportunities for Account Executives
• Manage partners end to end from acquisition through to management and deal support

What you'll need

• Proven ability to source and sign partners or customers through outbound prospecting
• Quick ramp time — ability to book and take partner calls independently within your first month
• Comfort with ambiguity and building systems from scratch; the partner infrastructure is a work in progress
• Data-driven mindset — you'll own measuring and improving lead conversion rates and partner-sourced pipeline
• Initiative and ownership; if you see a better way to do something, you say so
