Influencer partnerships are at the heart of HOLY's growth strategy in France. As Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in expanding the creator network by prospecting and securing talented influencers and content creators across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and Podcasts. This is a hands-on, results-driven internship where you'll learn partnership building from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Prospect and close influencer partnerships: Identify, reach out to, and secure influencers and creators across multiple platforms who align with HOLY's brand values and marketing vision.
- Hit monthly performance targets: Manage and achieve monthly goals for new influencer partnerships, demonstrating ability to execute independently and drive measurable results.
- Build initial relationships: Kickstart relationships with promising influencers and relevant agencies, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
- Make data-driven decisions: Use performance data and market insights to prioritize outreach efforts and maximize impact of prospecting activities.
- Master the full sales cycle: Learn and execute HOLY's influencer outreach process from initial contact through negotiation to closing, becoming proficient in tools like GoAffpro, Shopify, CRM systems, and performance tracking dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the partnerships execution team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on partnership objectives.
