About the role
Regional Manager leading the Account Management organization across DACH, CEE, Turkey & Greece. You will own regional growth, elevate partner performance, and develop the operating system that enables scaling in these regions. This role combines commercial leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration at a high level of autonomy and strategic influence.
What you'll do
- Drive revenue growth by informing target-setting and steering the team to achieve ambitious goals, building the annual plan, and ensuring strong execution through disciplined operating mechanisms.
- Build and lead a high-performing Account Management team by attracting and growing top talent; establishing a disciplined operating rhythm that equips AMs to run high-quality supplier engagements, refine opportunity strategy, maintain pipeline rigor, forecast reliably, and execute deals effectively.
- Drive growth across strategic accounts by developing AMs in Key Account Management fundamentals — annual business planning, complex negotiations, multi-threaded influence, and exec-level supplier engagements.
- Improve Supply health and performance at scale by leveraging your team to operate with high velocity, applying tools and data to execute the sales playbook with consistency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Acquisition Sales, Biz Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to advance regional priorities and solve operational challenges.
- Shape how we win in DACH, CEE, Turkey & Greece by bringing competitive insights, market patterns, and supplier feedback into global prioritization and product decisions.
What you'll need
- 8+ years in commercial leadership roles in marketplace, travel tech, SaaS, or B2B2C environment
- Experience managing account managers at different seniority levels essential
- Strong English language skills
- Demonstrated success owning a regional revenue or GMV target and delivering sustained growth
- Strong command of sales fundamentals: forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity coaching, and CRM discipline
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- German language skills
- Experience managing supplier relationships in multiple European countries
- Experience in tours, attractions, ticketing, or related travel verticals
- Multi-market leadership experience
- Fluency with AI tools for efficiency within sales and account management
