About the role

As the Lead Product Manager for our Paid Search Product team, you will unlock company growth and enable increasingly efficient acquisition of customers by working closely with our Paid Search Marketing team. Your team consists of experienced engineers to tackle this challenge. This team is responsible for the success of core features that impact both internal and external customers.

What you'll do

  • Ownership: Lay out your team's strategy, set goals, and follow through, owning the outcomes of your team's work.
  • Ambiguity: Create meaning and value from ambiguity.
  • Communication: Demonstrate a clear and structured approach to communicating; connect your team's strategy to the company's mission and break down your team's strategy into clear next steps.
  • Prioritisation: Use your data skills and customer empathy to weigh competing initiatives, making clear decisions on priorities and continually re-evaluating your roadmap and strategy based on what you learn.
  • Collaboration: Build trust with many different stakeholders and empower them by giving clear expectations and keeping them aligned with your team's roadmap.
  • Experimentation: Use experimentation as a way of evaluating the investment of your team, leveraging your data skills to evaluate results and determine next steps.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management or in Paid Search
  • Demonstrated ownership over a product in a previous role, including responsibilities for strategy, KPI setup, goal-setting and roadmap
  • Strong track record of working with large Paid Search setups
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets using SQL
  • Demonstrated passion for solving customer problems through iterative improvements, as well as major features

Nice to have

  • Experience working on a SaaS product, a marketplace, or the travel industry
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization
