Lead Product Manager, Paid Search

Lead Product Manager role for GetYourGuide's Paid Search Marketing products within the Martech Product Group. You'll drive vision, strategy, and growth while working closely with engineering teams and marketing stakeholders to unlock company growth through efficient customer acquisition.

What you'll do

• Own team strategy, goal setting, and outcomes for Paid Search marketing products
• Create value from ambiguous situations and translate strategy into clear next steps
• Prioritize competing initiatives using data skills and customer empathy
• Build trust and alignment with stakeholders across engineering, business, and marketing teams
• Use experimentation to evaluate team investments and determine next steps
• Continuously re-evaluate roadmap and strategy based on learnings

What you'll need

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or Paid Search
• Demonstrated ownership of a product including strategy, KPIs, goal-setting and roadmapping
• Strong track record working with large Paid Search setups
• Strong data analytics skills with ability to derive insights using SQL
• Passion for solving customer problems through iterative improvements and major features

Nice to have

• Experience working on SaaS products, marketplaces, or travel industry
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization
