About the role

This is a unique, tech-forward hybrid role where data intelligence meets operational innovation. You will build automated workflows, experiment with AI to make processes smarter, and turn complex data into strategic insights while maintaining an analytical grip on our Compensation & Benefits landscape.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of standard HR reporting and actively drive the continuous development of intuitive reports and key KPI dashboards.
  • Establish and expand an automated, sophisticated self-service reporting landscape to empower our teams with purposeful, on-demand data insights.
  • Lead forward-thinking automation and innovation projects as an internal advocate, using tools like Make and initial AI applications to make internal processes smarter and more efficient.
  • Manage strategic Compensation & Benefits topics, including the seamless execution of our annual salary review process.
  • Maintain and develop equitable salary bands while conducting vital bias checks to ensure fairness across our team structures.
  • Oversee monthly personnel costs, taking responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and acting as the central interface to our Corporate Controlling team.
  • Spearhead and support operational and strategic special projects in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Operations.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience building automated workflows and connecting systems, ideally using tools like Make or similar automation platforms.
  • Strong track record in data analytics, with deep experience to build interactive dashboards, optimize data flows, and track core business KPIs.
  • Experience in implementing AI applications (such as Gemini) to optimize and automate daily processes.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar highly quantitative, data-driven role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for both operational teams and finance units.
  • Highly structured, solution-oriented approach with independence to own projects from concept to execution.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Professional fluency in German.
  • Prior experience tracking HR KPIs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS environments.
