Intern - Founders Associate

As a Founder Associate Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founding team and be involved in every aspect of building finperks, a global platform for prepaid products including gift cards, airtime, and eCash.

What you'll do

• Research market trends, analyze competitors, and help identify new business opportunities in the FinTech space
• Support key strategic initiatives, from product development to go-to-market strategies and partnership discussions
• Help streamline processes and implement tools and automations that scale operations efficiently
• Participate in customer conversations with major brands and partner meetings to shape the value proposition
• Work across product, tech, and business development to drive initiatives forward with real impact

What you'll need

• Drive and ambition to go the extra mile in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complex business models
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to implement small automations independently
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Nice to have

• Prior startup, FinTech, or Consulting experience
