Business Analytics Internship

You will maintain and continuously improve recurring reports, providing management with clear daily and weekly updates on key developments. You will conduct advanced data analyses, primarily using Excel, to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel.

What you'll do

• Conduct advanced data analyses, primarily using Excel, to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize internal and external processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Build clear, user-friendly reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to understand data and independently work with reporting tools
• Support the team with recurring operational tasks, including data preparation, ad-hoc analyses, reporting updates, and handling stakeholder requests

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns, derive insights, and solve business problems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and comfort working with large datasets and complex analyses
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or data visualization tools
• German or other languages
