What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary data partner for the Acquisition and Retention domains, uncovering insights that drive growth and long-term customer loyalty.

  • Support and consult on company-wide decision-making through deep-dive product insights and behavioral analysis.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining Grover's KPIs, ensuring they are socialized and understood by key stakeholders.
  • Drive new high-impact use cases by collaborating with Data Platform, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

What you'll need

  • A strong background in Product Analytics, ideally in fast-paced scale-up eCommerce and/or digital subscription environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • High proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proven experience designing and running A/B tests and measuring the impact of new features.
  • Strong project management skills - you can take a complex question from a vague idea to a structured, delivered insight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting Acquisition and Retention domains.
  • Experience with Eppo.
  • Familiarity with Segment.
  • An "AI-first" mindset with openness to using tools like Claude to fast-track reporting and optimize analytical processes.
