• Shape solutions alongside product, UX, and your fellow developers – your perspective goes into the design, not just the implementation.
• Take ownership from problem to production – see features through, not just to the pull request.
• Invest in your growth: 10% of your working time is reserved for learning or personal projects.

What you'll need

• Java and its ecosystem, with solid fundamentals in testing, version control, CI/CD, and how software runs in production.
• Some of the tools we use day-to-day (Spring, Maven or Gradle, SQL, GitLab) – knowing the rest can be picked up on the job.
• Write code that others can read, change, and trust, and care about the craft of doing so.
• Collaborate naturally with teammates and other teams, and communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
• Think in terms of the problem, not just the ticket, and value pragmatism over purity.
