Build reliability for AI-native software. You will actively use coding agents for full stack development, talk directly to developers and SRE teams who depend on Checkly in production, and own your work end to end from shaping ideas through implementation, rollout, and production support.

What you'll do

• Build and ship with AI, actively using coding agents for full stack development, from exploring solutions and generating scaffolding to refactoring, test generation and debugging.
• Talk directly to the developers, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering teams who are on-call, debugging incidents, or wiring Checkly into production pipelines to understand their workflows and pain points.
• Find the right problems to solve by focusing on real developer pain: flaky tests and flaky checks, unclear failures, noisy alerts.
• Own your work end to end from shaping the initial idea, through implementation and rollout, to watching how it behaves in production.
• Take part in on-call and help support customers when things don't work as expected.

What you'll need

• You have shipped features with AI, not just experimented with them, and have built and run production software.
• You can hold a product conversation, not just a technical one, and reason about whether the thing being built actually solves a customer problem.
• You work well without an office around you, are autonomous and self-motivated in a remote setup.
• Fully remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones, and able to travel to European countries without requiring a visa appointment for annual kickoff, team meetup or conference.
