You own the rollout of all technical systems across our studios – whether it's our in-house workout technology platform, keyless entry, sound & lights, or whatever comes next. You own each rollout end-to-end: from planning through procurement and installation to go-live.
What you'll do
- End-to-end ownership of technical rollouts across all studios – you make sure it's always clear where each project stands and what happens next, and you derive implications for future launches.
- You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them – often within the same week.
- You set up and run a professional project management structure – keeping stakeholders and C-level informed, aligned, and able to make decisions quickly.
- Define the rollout sequence and timeline for all studios – per project and across projects.
- Evaluate and continuously adjust budgets based on updated cost estimates.
- Develop a Rollout Playbook and an Education Playbook – including troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate ordering equipment and materials and track deliveries.
- Select and contract vetted external partners and service providers – including long-term contracts with nationwide partners.
What you'll need
- 2–5 years of professional experience in project management – ideally in hardware rollouts, operations, tech implementations, or comparable cross-functional projects.
- Experience independently managing complex projects with many stakeholders end-to-end and delivering results on time.
- A solid technical understanding of hardware, networks, and connected systems – you don't need to code, but you should understand how the components work together.
- A structured, proactive way of working: You keep timelines, budgets, and status updates reliably up to date.
- Process thinking – you build repeatable workflows, checklists, and playbooks that work without you.
- A hands-on mentality – you make pragmatic decisions on-site and roll up your sleeves yourself.
- Strong communication skills across teams and levels – from Construction to C-level.
- Fluent German & English, and willingness to travel to our studios within Germany.
