About the role
Join the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter Apprentice supporting the hiring of top sales talent. This 6-month program is designed for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment by learning the fundamentals of sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, gaining hands-on experience and gradually taking ownership of the recruitment process.
What you'll do
- Find and engage top sales talent using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Assess candidates against the skills and behaviours needed for success in sales.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback.
- Support the offer process from approval to acceptance.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey.
