Lead IT Operations Specialist

As the Lead Tech Business Partner, you will be the assigned Tech counterpart for the holding/central employees at 1KOMMA5. Every 1KOMMA5 employee in the holding will know their Tech Business Partner by name, and have trust to include them in all technical discussions that improve their productivity. You are accountable for the holdings success.

What you'll do

• Provide Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees, triaging and discussing to improve technical understanding and development
• Monitor queues for other markets for urgent out of hours requests and action them when necessary
• Delegate Level 1 and 2 tickets to working students in the team, with guidance and accountability
• Manage Tech Projects imposed by Employee Technology Platform product strategy such as rollout of Chrome OS and tool consolidations for the holding
• Provide Tech Consulting solutions using existing tools first, through enablement sessions, and work with teams to technically own and benchmark new applications
• Enable AI usage to boost productivity by providing guidance on basic and advanced AI toolings
• Lead IC1-IC3 Tech Business Partners assigned to the holding
• Proactively meet with holding team leads and take over IT onboarding sessions

What you'll need

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field
• Experience with IT support ticketing best practices and analysis
• Proven ability to lead a small and assertive team
• Profound knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Mobile Device Management (JAMF and InTune) and other SaaS applications surrounding employee productivity, collaboration and security
• Profound knowledge of AI tooling, specifically relating to employee productivity
• Understanding on how to utilize scripting to build bespoke functions, with experience in HTML, CSS, AppScript, Python and Cursor AI
• Strong people skills, being able to persuade and consult non-technical stakeholders on technical solutions
• German and English written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Zoho CRM experience
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and code deployment practices and discipline
• Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree; certifications related to MTD, MAM
• Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
