We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences across Zenjob's platform, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data partners.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem discovery to high-quality execution, with clear accountability for contributing to product goals and KPIs and owning the impact of design decisions
- Design and prototype with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices
- Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, especially in enterprise contexts, and utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great products
- Be a trusted partner to product managers, engineers and stakeholders to shape solutions early and iterate fast
- Advocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and measurable business impact
- Curiosity and openness toward AI-assisted design tools and new ways of working
- Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams with Product and Engineering
- Strong UX fundamentals, with a sharp eye for interaction, visual design, and usability
- Ability to turn complex, real-world workflows into simple and intuitive experiences
- Confidence working in ambiguous problem spaces and making informed trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions with confidence

- Fluency or professional proficiency in German
