We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and open doors for our Account Executives. As one of the first people shaping our market entry in France, you will help build the SDR playbook, test strategic approaches, and lay the foundation for a strong local team.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential new customers in the French healthcare sector
- Conduct cold calls in French, send outbound emails, and use LinkedIn to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
- Provide valuable market and customer feedback to shape our go-to-market in France
- Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy
What you'll need
- First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
- Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution
- Excellent communication skills: you know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand
- Technical affinity: comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Full professional proficiency in French (spoken & written) and a very good command of English
