Senior IT Administrator

We're looking for a hands-on Senior IT Administrator to own and scale our internal IT operations, tools, devices, user management, and automation across Vay. You'll be the go-to person for everything IT, with the autonomy to make improvements, automate processes, and scale infrastructure as we grow.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for seamless functionality company-wide
• Manage internal network services and a suite of technology tools
• Set up and manage user accounts; especially in Google Workspace and Atlassian products
• Automate internal IT processes to drive efficiency and minimize manual work
• Support helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of desktop, application, and equipment issues
• Maintain and evolve internal IT documentation and policies to keep them accessible and crystal clear

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in a similar IT administration, support or helpdesk position
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, or similar IT administration systems
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS administration
• Great communication skills
• Troubleshooting and problem solving mindset
• Ability to automate processes and tooling
