As Upvest continues to scale, you will lead the Clients tribe's product vision and strategy, working closely with engineering and product leadership. You will own the product success of your team and function while driving asymmetric scaling through intelligent, agentic operations and taking tooling into its next stage.
What you'll do
- Lead one of the Clients tribe teams directly while guiding the overarching strategy and success of the Clients Tribe, defining the tribe's strategy, setting OKRs, and shaping the long-term roadmap.
- Drive asymmetric scaling by embedding intelligence and automation into every process, exploring how agentic operations can take on work that today needs manual effort.
- Own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront, driving it forward through OKRs and deciding where to push deeper automation, broaden coverage, or reimagine a workflow entirely.
- Work directly with the Engineering team and stay close to the people the products serve to ensure every step forward truly matters.
- Build strong relations with Operations, Banking and Commercial leadership teams on topics critical to Upvest's product and business success.
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal and/or external tooling. Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience is a big plus.
- Proven people leadership of teams of 3+ people.
- Firm grasp of UI/UX best practices; can ideate and prototype through lo-fi wireframes and collaborate closely with design.
- Strong track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and bridging dependencies.
- Ability to absorb complex topics quickly and apply strong product fundamentals.
- Experience with agile software development, delivering features and outcomes consistently.
- Comfortable with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API documentation standards and an interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar).
