We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting and scaling our IT operations, ensuring our people and systems work efficiently, securely, and seamlessly.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of IT support operations, including first and second-level support, ensuring timely and structured resolution of tickets.
  • Execute and optimize onboarding/offboarding processes using automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, N8N) and MDM tools (e.g., Intune).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Engineering on automation projects to streamline internal workflows.
  • Participate in quarterly roadmap planning and execution, including postmortems, audits, and tooling improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to working students on technical tasks and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle management of internal tools (Zoom, Slack, Twilio, Google Workspace, 1Password).

What you'll need

  • Expertise in onboarding/offboarding workflows and SaaS lifecycle management (ideally in a hybrid/remote company).
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Intune, Kandji, or similar.
  • Familiarity with automation through scripting (Python, PowerShell, GitHub Actions) or no-code tools (N8N, Zapier).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—especially with non-technical teams like HR and Finance.
  • A team-first mindset with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong organizational habits: consistent documentation, reliable ticket handling, and follow-through.

What they offer

  • Flexible hybrid/remote working model with office presence 2-3 days per week in Berlin.
  • Work abroad program to take advantage of your passion for traveling.
  • Self development budget of €1500 per year towards certifications, courses, and conferences.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to connect with diverse communities.
  • Dog-friendly office.
