About the role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer: a full-stack engineer who sits with our customers, understands their data inside out, and builds the features that make our AI deliver real value on it. You'll be embedded in our customer engagements from day one, mapping their data landscape, building pipelines and analytics, and shipping product features that make our AI agents actually work on their data.

What you'll do

  • Join customer workshops, talk to IT teams, walk through ERP configurations, and understand how procurement data actually flows through a large manufacturer
  • Normalize supplier master data, connect spend records to commodity indices, and build analytics that surface savings opportunities
  • Build product features that present insights to users: Next.js interfaces, interactive visualizations, agent-driven workflows
  • Write data normalization pipelines for customer ERP exports one week, ship a Next.js feature for category managers the next
  • Build patterns that scale across customers, not one-off scripts
  • Feed discoveries from customer deployments directly into the product roadmap

What you'll need

  • Strong full-stack engineering skills, equally comfortable with data pipelines and product work
  • Fluency in TypeScript and Python; Next.js/React for product features, SQL as second nature
  • Comfortable in front of customers: whiteboarding data architectures, asking the right questions, earning technical trust
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — enterprise data is never clean, and you build robust pipelines anyway
  • Sharp analytical instincts: spotting spend concentration, price anomalies, and consolidation potential in procurement datasets
  • Genuine interest in enterprise systems, ERP data, supplier master records, and commodity indices

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval pipelines
