Support and take ownership of core internal operations at Tomorrow Bio, a leading biotech startup pioneering Biostasis technology. You will handle documentation, systems management, finance, legal coordination, and contracts while working on a wide range of evolving tasks based on company needs.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day internal operations and keep systems and data organized and up to date
- Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial documentation
- Draft and manage contracts and internal documents
- Assist in tasks related to customers' membership
- Assist with preparation of legal and compliance-related documentation
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and workflows
What you'll need
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-manage
- Creative, result-driven, and very open-minded
- Pronounced hands-on mentality with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with responsibility—some projects will be entirely your responsibility from start to finish
- Strong communication skills and excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent computer and tech skills
- Currently enrolled at a University/College with this internship as a mandatory part of your degree program (Pflichtpraktikum)
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin or already living there—remote not possible
