Join our team as a Product Manager for Customer Care and make a significant impact in reducing carbon footprints in private households. You will develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Customer Care, ensuring that customers receive fast, high-quality resolutions.
What you'll do
- Developing and executing a strategic product roadmap for Customer Care, ensuring that customers receive fast, high-quality resolutions.
- Identifying the right opportunities, testing ideas quickly with AI prototypes and turning validated concepts into useful products.
- Leading a cross-functional team through discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
- Standardising and automating operational processes with the Customer Care leadership team, ensuring that new solutions work in day-to-day operations.
- Measuring the impact of your products through customer satisfaction, user feedback and adoption, as well as resolution times and quality, and continuously improving based on what you learn.
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Customer Care, Service, Support, After-Sales or a related operational environment.
- Experience building or improving products, workflows or digital experiences that help customers find answers or resolve issues.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong curiosity about AI with initial practical experience with AI copilots, agents or comparable solutions in a product or operational context.
- Experience standardising or automating processes to improve efficiency, quality or consistency.
- Ability to use metrics, customer feedback and qualitative insights to prioritise opportunities and measure product impact.
- Ability to align business partners with different perspectives around a clear roadmap and make sound prioritisation decisions.
- Very good German skills at C1 level and English skills at C2 level.
