We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe. You'll help evolve the systems that keep Talon.One reliable, secure, and scalable. You'll collaborate closely with infrastructure, platform, and product engineers to build resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and simplify cloud complexity.

What you'll do

  • Help evolve systems that keep Talon.One reliable, secure, and scalable
  • Build resilient infrastructure and automate operations
  • Improve automation, reliability, and developer workflows in CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and product engineers on design discussions
  • Take ownership and share knowledge openly across the team

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, with a strong record of building and maintaining production systems at scale
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience improving automation, reliability, and developer workflows, ideally using tools like ArgoCD or similar GitOps-based deployment systems
  • Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including best practices for observability, scalability, and resilience
  • Solid experience with cloud providers (preferably GCP) and a sound grasp of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with Bash, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Git
  • Experience with Datadog or Prometheus for monitoring and metrics
  • High levels of ownership and autonomy, executing independently and making pragmatic decisions
  • A genuine interest in mentoring others and raising the technical bar of the team through knowledge transfer
