IT Working Student

About the role

We are looking for an IT Working Student based in our Berlin office who offers hands-on and remote support to all employees. You will handle incoming tech support issues, analyze the tasks at hand, and resolve them in collaboration with your team.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming tech support issues and analyze the tasks at hand
• Resolve issues in collaboration with your team
• Provide hands-on and remote support to all employees
• Ensure all questions are answered and every party involved is happy with the end result

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled at a German university and eligible to work in the EU
• Study a computer science-related field
• Enjoy working with people and have a strong technical interest
• Experience with Mac OSX and Windows
• Self-starter who enjoys taking on responsibility
• Learning mindset and comfort with new challenges

Nice to have

• Programming experience
• Previous experience on a technical service desk
