What you'll do
- End-to-end management and administration of all stages of the employee lifecycle (including onboarding, contractual updates, relocations, and offboarding) in full compliance with German labor standards and internal processes.
- Drive operational excellence and high data integrity across core HR systems, managing data workflows, generating standard HR reporting, and resolving employee queries efficiently.
- Serve as a strategic, consultative People Partner, translating business priorities into tailored people solutions.
- Act as a senior advisor and coach to managers on talent development, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Partner with People Growth & Development and People Governance & Automation to roll out company-wide initiatives across performance management, compensation, L&D, and regulatory updates.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce administrative friction across the HR lifecycle.
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount trends) to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
- Provide agile talent acquisition backup during hiring peaks to support recruitment velocity and business continuity.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist or business partner roles, ideally in fast-paced environments like tech, fintech, or regulated industries.
- A strong understanding of local labor standards, HR compliance frameworks, and full-lifecycle operational practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the confidence to advise, coach, and challenge leaders at various seniority levels.
- Comfort with HRIS platforms, analytics tools, and an eagerness to leverage modern AI tools to streamline everyday HR workflows.

- A pragmatic, hands-on attitude combined with strong active listening and continuous improvement drive.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use.
- Based in Berlin and able to commute to the office 3–4 days per week.
