About the role

Support the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities and assessing potential risks, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Support Know Your Customer (KYC) process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities and assessing potential risks.
• Review customer documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KYC documentation and customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and archival procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the KYC operations team, including data entry, documentation management and file organization.

What you'll need

• Current enrollment in Bachelor's or Master degree program, preferably in finance, banking, business administration, or a related field.
• Interest in financial services, compliance or risk management.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC Regulations, and willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.
• Very good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance academic commitments and work responsibilities effectively.
• Good command in both English and German language skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
