Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth, aligned with business objectives. Manage and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market strategies and their implementation for product and feature launches.

What you'll do

• Define strategic positioning of existing and new products in alignment with overall brand and product strategy
• Establish tangible value-propositions and key USPs to sharpen positioning
• Make use of data analytics to provide input on user behaviour and segmentation to facilitate data-driven decisions in the product management and marketing teams
• Conduct competitor and market insights research and capture user feedback to support the product teams in developing the product strategy and feature roadmap
• Own your projects and steer them cross-teams including product, content, CRM, brand and creative teams

What you'll need

• University degree in Business/Management, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Finance and/or other related fields of study
• Be customer-obsessive and passionate about the fintech landscape
• Strong organisational skills combined with hands-on project management experience and detail-orientation to deliver on multi-faceted projects
• Enjoy working collaboratively across teams and business units
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; German is a good plus

Nice to have

• Experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Product Management, Business/Marketing Intelligence or adjacent fields of expertise
