FION is expanding its marketing from the ground up and needs support that thinks strategically rather than just executes tasks. Marketing, communication, and people are the core of this role, but not its limits—in a small team, nobody does just one thing, and you'll land on topics that aren't on any task list today.

What you'll do

• Expand our marketing: test new channels, formats, and AI tools instead of just serving existing routines
• Develop our LinkedIn content strategy and take responsibility for our posts from idea to publication
• Track our reach and observe which topics resonate in our market
• Co-design press releases and coordinate with our PR agency
• Maintain employer branding: keep job postings and career page current, shape hiring posts
• Support research, analyses, and presentations for marketing, sales, or directly for founders, plus prepare for trade shows and events

What you'll need

• Currently studying (e.g., communication, marketing, media, business administration, or psychology)
• Experience in marketing or communication with concrete work you can show us: texts, posts, social media presence, campaigns, or student groups
• Excellent language skills and joy in writing. German at native level (C2), good English
• Structured, independent working style: you manage multiple topics in parallel and see them through
• Interest in energy and industry (no prior knowledge required)

Nice to have

• Experience with design or graphics tools
• First exposure to recruiting or HR topics
