Build and scale high-impact systems across our digital product landscape spanning client-facing web applications, workflow automation, and the internal platforms that power our core operations. You will work hands-on with modern AI tooling to build intelligent features into our products and internal engineering workflows.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain high-quality client-facing applications, internal tools, APIs, and microservices across our stack.
- Work seamlessly across modern frontend interfaces, backend services, asynchronous queues, and cloud infrastructure.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Design, and Data teams to streamline complex workflows and build scalable software solutions.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on security, data privacy, and operational reliability in a regulated environment.
- Contribute to architectural improvements, testing, observability, and developer experience. Shape technical direction, mentor peers, and elevate engineering standards across the team.
What you'll need
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or comparable practical industry experience building production-grade software.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), and backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS).
- Practical experience building and operating both frontend web applications and production backend services (APIs, databases, serverless/lambdas).
- Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT), and service-to-service integrations.
- Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and tooling, such as AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production observability/debugging.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make pragmatic engineering and product trade-offs while taking ownership from idea to production.
- Clear, open, and concise communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, or asynchronous workflows.
- Familiarity with additional backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin).
- Background building software in regulated, high-security, or operationally critical environments.
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in building modern AI-powered features and integrations.
